Biography

I run the Paul G Allen Family Foundation Laboratory for Wildlife Chemistry, which is searching for the identities of the chemical signals that African carnivores use to signal their occupation of an area. The ultimate aim is to produce artificial scent signals that will mitigate human-predator conflict by keeping predators away from livestock and out of areas where they suffer persecution by livestock farmers.
